A cracked or fogged pane on a tower is a safety issue and an eyesore at once. We remove the failed unit and install new glazing from the rope, so one panel is replaced without a cradle track or a closed floor below.

IRATA-certified technicians run the job floor by floor, so tenants keep working and the lobby stays open throughout.
Hand over clean
Photographic sign-off, site left tidy and the documentation filed — ready for the next inspection or drop.
