A full-height joint-seal replacement paired with a photographic envelope survey — the failed joints cut out and re-gunned while the elevation was documented panel by panel, all on rope with the lobby open throughout.
A recurring glass-cleaning programme on a landmark tower, worked top to bottom every quarter so the curtain wall reads as maintained the year round.
Weathered coatings prepped and re-applied across the whole elevation from the rope — a substrate-matched system chosen for the Gulf's UV and salt load, with no scaffold in sight.
Loose and drifted aluminium cladding panels re-fixed and realigned at height, closing the gaps that were letting water track behind the facade.
Cracked and blown glazing units removed and replaced pane by pane from the rope, so single panels were swapped without a cradle track or a closed floor below.
A permanent rooftop anchor and lifeline system designed, installed and load-tested to standard — the building's future drops now clip into certified points instead of improvising off the parapet.
Inspection and maintenance on an offshore structure where the access was the whole job — rigged, worked and recovered under a full rescue plan far from shore.
Rooftop signage and a campaign banner rigged and landed precisely at height, then struck just as cleanly when the run ended.
