How we work
Access is the easy part. Discipline is the job.
Rope access is faster and cheaper than a cradle because it skips the mobilisation, not the paperwork. Here is what a Vertex job actually runs through.

Site survey
We walk the roof and the perimeter, check anchor provision, and photograph the elevations. Free, and usually within 48 hours of your call.

Method statement & permits
You get a written RAMS, IRATA logbooks, third-party insurance and the municipality paperwork before anyone touches a rope.

Rig and work
Teams of two minimum, rigged on independent working and backup lines, with a rescue plan live for the whole drop.

Handover report
Photographic records per elevation, defects flagged with locations, and a maintenance interval your FM team can budget against.
